How are learners taught?

Learners are motivated to deliver a physical activity programme which is tailor made for their service users and can be delivered when they are most likely to participate.  Training is held onsite, except Open Courses.  Each section has a broad range of experience including discussion, motivation, role-play and simulation.  There is an emphasis on health and safety, equal opportunities, caring skills and communication.

What is the qualification?

This course is accredited by the Open College Network.  NOCN provide opportunities for learners to progress to qualifications within the National Qualification Framework.  Quality assurance, supported at the point of delivery, underpins all NOCN qualifications.

How is Vitalyz training cost-effective for residential care?

Carers are probably the best people to deliver seated exercise as they know their service users and understand their medical status.  So why pay for an outside provider when the care team can be trained by Vitalyz?

Vitalyz training is an investment in carers continued learning development as they become motivated to ensure ALL service users are offered this unique activity in a way that is suited to their needs and abilities.
